A community owned and run studio, available to everyone

The Edinburgh Jam Group studio is a fully equipped and modern studio which has been designed to provide bands and artists with an inspiring and user friendly space for;

– Rehearsals and band practice

– Audio and video recording

– Live streaming

– Photography

– Training & learning

– Private events

Our studio is remotely monitored and we have technical support on hand 24/7 to assist and make sure your bookings run as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

We supply a full PA system, microphones, full drum kit, full digital piano, guitar and bass amps, monitors and a modern kitchen space.

The Edinburgh Jam Group studio and its amenities are fully wheelchair accessible including kirbside parking and access into and around the studio space.

Why Our Studio?

We here at Edinburgh Jam Group are all experienced musicians who know what it’s like trying to find the right space for your music/video projects. That’s why we’ve designed a space which solves all those problems:

Long unsupervised sessions, allow you to settle in, without interruptions and focus on your project.

We won’t be there in person for your session (unless you specifically ask us to be) but if you run into trouble, we’re a phone call away and can remote into the systems to help you.

Session Information

We offer hourly sessions at £12 per hour between 9am to midnight 7 days a week and you can make a booking using the button on the website, or clicking here.

We are able to offer discounts for anyone looking to make block bookings or anyone looking to use the studio for more than 4 hours at a time. Please contact us to discuss.

Because we are a charity, we are able to come to an arrangement with potential artists and musicians who have difficulties meeting our donation requirements. Please get in touch with us if you think we can help you with this.
